Our long-standing relationship with the local community means that we understand that aged care is not a ‘one size fits all’ service. We pride ourselves on being the largest provider in the region, with 10 homes to give you choice based on your location, needs and level of independence.
We provide continuum of care, with services ranging from in home care and respite, to residential aged care and dementia and cognitive impairment care. Our connection with the public health system and the region’s largest public hospital means that any additional health care requirements can be provided seamlessly and easily.
Our homes are located across five suburbs in Ballarat and are all managed by a registered nurse. Registered Nurses always oversee the care in our homes to ensure the most professional, quality care is provided. Our homes are:

You need to be assessed by an Aged Care Assessment (ACAS) Officer to become a resident in any aged care facility. The ACAS service can be accessed through Ballarat Health Services. Referral to the ACAS service can be made by your GP, service provider, a family member or carer, or it can be a self-referral.
