Ballarat Aged Care understands that aged care should be based on individual needs, and that those needs can change during the course of care.
Our residential aged care services are designed to give older people and their families choices – choices on which suburb to live in, choices based on individual needs and choices based on the level of independence they desire.
We empower our residents to live life to the fullest through our exceptional care, by helping them to maintain their independence and providing opportunities to socialise and enjoy the activities and experiences they loved when living in their own homes.
“I feel very safe and cared for in Ballarat Aged Care. The Manager, care staff and volunteers are always happy to help out with anything I might need. I always say I am never bored here. There is always something to do and someone to talk to. It is my home and I am very happy.” - Brenda, Hailey House.
With over 150 years experience, we are the largest provider of residential aged care in Ballarat and offer 10 residential aged care homes across four suburbs of Ballarat.
We pride ourselves on providing professional, quality care to residents. All homes are managed by a registered nurse, with qualified nurses on staff 24 hours a day. Where care needs are the highest, all care staff are qualified nurses. Being linked to the public health system means seamless care and transition should additional health care services be required.
